By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies (Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy).

1. Product Information
Our Products are high-performance bicycle wheelsets intended for general road, gravel, or mountain biking use (as specified in product descriptions). We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, and specifications; however, minor dimensional, weight, or cosmetic differences may exist and do not constitute a defect. Wheelsets are not designed for extreme professional racing, stunt riding, or off-road abuse beyond their intended category.

2. Order & Payment
- Binding Contract: An order confirmation email constitutes a binding agreement between you and us.
- Pricing: All prices are in $ and include VAT/sales tax where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay. Payment must be completed before order processing.
- Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement if it has not been shipped. Once shipped, refer to our Return Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to EU and US. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address.

4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Custom-built or personalized wheelsets are final sale. See our full Return Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product images, descriptions, logos, and graphics, is the property of TUKUSWHEELS and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Bicycle riding involves inherent risks. Our wheelsets are manufactured to industry standards, but we do not warrant that the product is suitable for your specific frame, fork, or riding style. Professional installation by a certified bike mechanic is strongly recommended. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury or property damage, arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to inspect and maintain the wheelset.

7. Warranty
We offer a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of China.

9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
