Shipping Policy

The delivery service with prepaid shipping and duties is available exclusively for the United States and select European countries (specifically those where the shipping method is listed as DPD or UPS). Countries for which "Standard Shipping" is displayed are not eligible for this service.

Packing time: Your order will be packaged and shipped within 48-72 hours (working days) after the order is placed.

Handling Time: 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Transit Time:
USA: 7–14 business days
EU: 15–20 business days

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Beijing Time (UTC+8) will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM will be packaged the following day.

Shipping Fee: Tukus currently offers free shipping to all supported countries and regions.  Any future changes will be announced in advance.
